Arrival / Departure

When can we check in?

Your apartment will be available from 4:00 PM on the day of arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact us in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability. Early arrivals or late departures can be arranged for €50 per apartment, subject to availability.

What time do we need to check out of our apartment on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, your apartment is available until 10:00 AM. If you wish to check out later, please contact us in advance, as we cannot guarantee availability. Late check-outs can be arranged for €50 per apartment, subject to availability.

When can we arrive at the latest?

Our reception is available for you 24 hours a day. If you plan to arrive after 9:00 PM, please let us know in advance.

Apartments

Are the apartments already equipped with towels and bed linen?

An initial supply of linens (hand and bath towels, bed linen, dish towels) is already provided in the apartment. Upon request, we offer daily towel and bed linen changes as well as intermediate cleaning for an additional fee.

Are the apartments already equipped with hand soap, dish soap, trash bags, and toilet paper?

An initial supply of household and toiletry items is provided in your apartment upon arrival. If you run out, you can purchase additional items as needed from our Mühlenladen shop.

Where is our apartment located? Can we request a specific building?

We are always happy to receive your requests. However, please note that we cannot guarantee specific apartment numbers or locations.

Do we need to reserve the baby equipment?

All apartments are equipped with a baby cot, high chair, baby bathtub, changing mat, and diaper bin. If you need two baby cots and high chairs, please let us know in advance.

Can we bring our pet with us?

You are welcome to bring your dog to BEECH Resort Fleesensee upon request for 29€ per pet per day. We will gladly provide a dog bed (90 x 70 cm), food and water bowls, and a placemat. Please note that only a limited number of apartments in the Altes Dorf and Piratendorf are pet-friendly. Therefore, it’s essential to register your dog at the time of booking. All apartments in Mühlendorf, Inseldorf, and Fischerdorf are suitable for allergy sufferers, so pets are not allowed in these areas. If your pet was not registered in advance and it’s no longer possible to move you to a pet-friendly apartment on site, a one-time cleaning fee of 60€ will be charged for the special cleaning required after your stay.

Are there pillows and sheets for people with allergies?

Our beds and pillows are made from allergy-friendly materials, so you can start your day worry-free.

Are the costs for electricity/heating, water, and final cleaning already included in the price?

Electricity/heating, water, and final cleaning are all included in the price.

How far is our apartment from the restaurant?

Our restaurants are located in the main building and can be reached within a maximum of 5 minutes on foot.

How far is the AQUAFUN away from out apartment?

AQUAFUN Fleesensee is located right next to the BEECH Resort Fleesensee and can be reached within a 5-minute walk.

Is access to the swimming pool at AQUAFUN free of charge?

Our guests enjoy free access to both the indoor and outdoor pools, offering refreshing swimming experiences with spacious and lovingly designed lounging areas. Little ones can look forward to an exciting adventure slide and a water playground, where our mascots Eddi and Ewi are ready to make an appearance.

When does the swimming pool open?

Monday – Saturday: 10:00 to 21:00 PM
Sunday & holidays: 10:00 to 18:00 PM

From what time can we use the AQUAFUN water park on the day of arrival?

On the day of arrival, you can access the Aquafun adventure pool starting from 1:30 PM.

How long can we use the AQUAFUN water park on the day of departure?

On the day of departure, you can continue to enjoy the Aquafun adventure pool until 1:00 PM.

When does the sauna area open?

Monday – Saturday: 12:00 to 21:00 PM
Sundays & holidays: 12:00 to 18:00 PM

Is the sauna area free of charge?

Use of the sauna is available for €6.50 per person for 4 hours.

When does the gym open?

Monday – Saturday: 08:00 to 21:00 PM
Sundays & holidays: 10:00 to 18:00 PM

Can I use the gym free of charge?

Use of the fitness area is available for 12€ per day pass or class participation.

Can we rent bikes here?

You can rent bicycles directly at the marketplace from Harry Hurtig: Harry Hurtig, Marktplatz 1–26, Tel. 03991 / 668003.

Can we rent Go-Karts here?

These great pedal vehicles can be rented just around the corner at the Retex bike rental.

What can we do with our children during our stay?

Nestled in the beautiful landscape of the Mecklenburg Lake District, BEECH Resort Fleesensee is part of the largest leisure complex in Northern Europe, the “Hotels & Sports Resort Fleesensee”, making it the perfect starting point for a wide variety of activities. Can we eat lunch and dinner here?

At lunchtime, you can choose from our à la carte menu at the Landhus restaurant. In the afternoon, enjoy delicious waffles, ice cream, and cakes or try one of our popular and tasty fish rolls.

In the evening: The Landhus buffet restaurant offers plenty of variety with tasty evening buffets and live cooking, ensuring something for everyone—including our little guests. The à la carte restaurant Strandpirat is the perfect spot for little pirates and big food lovers, offering a relaxed atmosphere and cozy dining. Look forward to regional Mecklenburg specialties, international classics, and perfectly paired wines. For a refreshing aperitif and wood-fired pizza, Bootshus is the ideal place to relax and indulge.

Is dining included in the price?

Meals can be added directly when booking your apartment or at reception upon arrival if you have not decided yet.

Our restaurants

Can we reserve breakfast and dinner on site?

You can also reserve breakfast and dinner on site. Please note that, depending on demand, restaurant seating may already be fully booked on certain days. During busy periods, we offer breakfast and dinner in two dining time slots to ensure a pleasant experience for all guests. We therefore recommend reserving in advance before your stay.

When does the restaurant open?

The Landhus is open daily.
Breakfast: 7:30 – 10:30 (buffet)
Lunch: 12:00 – 16:00 (a la carte)
Dinner: 17:30 – 20:30 (buffet)

Can we buy groceries here?

In the Mühle, next to the main building, you can find our Mühlenladen. It offers a wide selection of souvenirs, postcards, gift items, as well as daily newspapers and magazines. A small selection of beverages and groceries is also available. For the perfect breakfast, you can pre-order and pick up freshly baked rolls, or have them delivered to your apartment for an additional €2.

Where can we shop at your resort?

At our Mühlenladen, you can find coffee to go, regional delicacies, hygiene products, souvenirs, toys, and fresh bakery rolls every day. If you are planning a larger shopping trip, the nearest supermarket is located in Malchow.

When do you offer childcare and youth programs?

We offer childcare and youth programs six days a week (Monday to Saturday). Sunday is dedicated to Family Day.

  • BEECH Baby: Loving care for little ones aged 8 months to 2 years (subject to availability)

  • BEECH Explorers: Kids’ program for children aged 3 to 8 years

  • BEECH Adventurers: Fun and activities for ages 9 to 11

  • BEECH Teenagers: Youth activities during school holidays for those 12 and older

Where can we find the current children's program?

The children’s programm is changed every week.

Can we use our volunteer card (Ehrenamtskarte) with you?

Yes, we offer a 10% discount on the current daily rate and our culinary services. Simply enter the code “Ehrenamt” when making your booking.

Can we book the "Holiday with Grandma & Grandpa" package even if we are not grandparents and are traveling with our children?

You are welcome to book any of our packages, including the “Holiday with Grandma & Grandpa” package, even if you are not grandparents.

Can we drive up to the apartment by car?

BEECH Resort Fleesensee is a car-free zone. Handcarts are available upon arrival to help you transport your luggage.

Can we charge our e-car at your resort?

There are two charging stations for electric cars available in our parking area. Billing is based on consumption.

Can we charge our e-bikes at your resort?

Yes, the charging station is located to the left of the main entrance and is, for fire safety reasons, the only place in the resort where e-bikes may be charged.

What is the difference between the BEECH Flexibel and BEECH Limited pricing models?

We offer you the greatest possible flexibility when booking:

  • BEECH Flexibel: Maximum flexibility. Pay for your stay on site. Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival.

  • BEECH Limited: Limited flexibility at a discounted rate. 100% prepayment required at the time of booking. Free cancellation up to 14 days before arrival.

Can we do laundry at your resort?

In the basement of the Lighthouse building, you can use the washing machines and dryer for a small fee. We are happy to exchange coins for you at the reception.

  • Laundry detergent: €1.00

  • Washing machine: €2.00

  • Dryer: €2.00

Do you have a storage option for bicycles?

We do not have a storage room or indoor facility for bicycles and e-bikes. However, there are bike racks located at your apartment where you can securely lock your bicycles or e-bikes.

What can we do if we are expecting mail?

Any incoming mail, parcels, and newspapers for you will be kept at the reception.

We forgot something at our apartment during the departure.

If you lose any valuables, please contact our reception. Lost items will only be sent upon request and will be charged based on size and weight.
